Often we can repair issues by accessing your hardware remotely. Coppernicus can install a secure connection utility on user PCs so that we can log in to your machine (with your permission) and watch as you demonstrate the problem. This makes troubleshooting much easier since we can actually see what is going on while the end user describes what SHOULD be happening. In many cases, the malfunction can be addressed and corrected by the technician immediately, eliminating the need for an on-site visit. Remote and phone support is billed in 15 minute blocks whereas site visits are an hour minimum, with time billed at 15 minute units thereafter.
