Occasionally, it is necessary to make rapid changes in key personnel, and as such, the need for re-securing the network immediately becomes critical. Coppernicus’ staff can quickly lock accounts, reset passwords, block external access and quarantine or re-direct e-mail boxes if such a situation should arise.

Going forward, we can provide interim support until a new administrator can be brought on board, if that is desired. Once a new administrator is chosen, Coppernicus will effect an orderly and seamless transition to the new personnel.
