Service Calls involve various levels and combinations of troubleshooting, repair, upgrades and normal preventive maintenance and are handled daily on a per-incident basis. If hardware replacement becomes necessary, Coppernicus has established relationships with a number of industry vendors and can have parts on-site and your system functioning optimally in a timely manner.

Service Calls are billed at the hourly rate. We charge a one hour minimum, then in half hour increments after that. Current PA tax law dictates that most I.T. services are taxable.
